Credits will only be given after the goods have been received at our Keysborough DC. a. Refunds will not include any freight charges. i. Initial dispatch costs. ii. Return freight. b. 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refund. (minus from the final figure) c. All returns must be within 30 days of the original invoice date. d. Return stock must be in saleable condition. e. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for products after fitment has occurred or attempted installation. f. Allow an additional 7 days after receipt of stock back to DC before funds are processed. g. End-users are not permitted on site; all returns must occur via freight providers. Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within 7 days of receiving delivery. a. Photographic evidence will be requested for damages. If your order has been dispatched and you request a cancellation, these freight charges will be removed from the credited value. Faulty/Warranty returns will be at the Suppliers costs. a. Returns will be booked and paid for by Kaymar. b. Replacements for faulty items will be supplied at no additional costs to the consumer.
